MCM Vending faced explosive growth with limited resources. Through our IT consulting services, we were able to identify areas to help the owner become more efficient in his daily workflow, as well as, increase the office workers productivity. We implemented various infrastructure support items including cloud technologies such as Office 365 for their business email, collaboration, and resource sharing needs. We developed a website that spoke to their audience highlighting their key products and services. We took the time to analyze their current incoming questions to ensure those were easily addressed on the website. We ensured Google was made aware of their website's presence and started analytic tracking to increase visitor traffic.
We helped the folks at MCM Vending setup their email, begin utilizing Office 365 and Teams, and trained them how to do so efficiently between each other. We continue to assist MCM Vending as their primary IT partner for ongoing training, development, and support.
